This is what the traineeship looks like:

In a period of 2 years you will learn all aspects of our field. Together with our team you will start working as an online marketer. You will receive a thorough internal training and work experience. Within this there are plenty of opportunities to choose what you want to learn.

The subject areas you will be working in at least:

  • The foundation of marketing: the message (StoryBrand).
  • No-bullshit marketing plan.
  • Marketing Funnel.
  • Sales & Marketing Automation.
  • Data-driven marketing.
  • Digital advertising.
  • Conversion optimization.

What you can do after the traineeship:

During the traineeship, you make the choice in which direction you want to go. It could be that you really want to immerse yourself in one field and become a specialist. Think of marketing automation or lead generation specialist. It could also be that you want to broaden your knowledge and use it for strategic advice. For this we use the T-shaped marketeer model. You can then, for example, become a marketing consultant with us after the traineeship.

What we offer:

  • € 2,000 - € 2,500 gross per month (depending on experience and age).
  • Flexible working hours, as long as you are available to your colleagues between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
