Vacancy: Senior Marketing & Sales Coach

Would you like to CEOs and MT members Coaching in marketing and sales strategies? 

We are looking for an experienced coach to help business leaders with strategic marketing and sales choices. Do you have at least 5 years of experience, and preferably MT experience? Do you like to work from proven frameworks? Then we are looking for you. 

This is what your role will look like:

You work at the highest strategic level with our clients. You coach CEOs and MT members, assists with critical commercial decisions and guides business transformations. You are the trusted advisor who helps companies fundamentally improve their marketing and sales approach. 

Your main duties:

  • CEOs and MT members coaching on marketing and sales strategies 

  • Strategic frameworks as it “They Ask, You Answer"Implement model at clients 

  • Training and workshops For leadership teams, marketers, and salespeople. 

  • Guide strategic choices that have commercial impact 

  • Develop customized solutions per client 

  • Cmentor and develop colleagues 

What you bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and sales 

  • Preferably MT experience or entrepreneurial experience 

  • Experience with business coaching (bv. EOS, Scaling Up, They Ask You Answer) 

  • Excellent coaching skills 

  • Natural authority with business leaders 

  • Helicopter view: fast switching between strategic and operational 

What we offer:

  • € 6,250 - € 7,900 gross per month 

  • Flexible working hours, as long as you are available to your colleagues between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. 

  • Training and coaching in the field of marketing and (personal) communication.e 

  • Travel allowance 

  • 25 vacation days (based on a full-time contract)
