What can you expect from our sales training?

Your organization is about to start or has just started the TAYA Mastery track and you as a sales professional are expected to participate in the sales trainings that are part of this track.

Maybe you haven't taken sales training before. Or maybe you have, and felt frustrated that previous trainings required you to struggle through a mountain of theory before you could finally get hands-on.

So it's natural to wonder what our training looks like.

  • How much time is this going to cost you?
  • What exactly should you do during this training?
  • And most importantly, what does it specifically benefit you in your daily work?

As a head coach at Buzzlytics, I have guided many sales teams through the TAYA Mastery process. We have developed an approach in which we do not overload sales people with theory, but get to work with their daily challenges in a very practical way. Because we see the questions and obstacles sales teams face every day, we can tailor your training perfectly to what you need.

In this article, I explain exactly how our sales training works. You'll learn what topics are covered, how much time it will take you and what to expect from the sessions. After reading, you will know exactly what to expect and you can start the training with confidence.

In our sales training courses, you will get to work very practically with your daily challenges.

Practical information: this is what you need to know before you start

Training in small groups

TAYA sales training takes place in small groups, together with other sales people within your own organization or with sales teams from other companies. This approach is deliberately chosen: by exchanging experiences and learning from each other, you achieve the best results.

Online sessions with instant feedback

The training is delivered largely online and consists of bi-weekly sessions of about an hour. Instead of one long training day, we deliberately choose shorter, more frequent sessions. This makes it easier to immediately apply what you have learned in your daily work and receive feedback on this.

Your trainer will give you targeted feedback on all materials you share with prospects.

Preparation and homework

Between sessions, you share recorded conversations, emails to prospects, quotes and other materials you share with prospects with your trainer. Your trainer then uses this input to give you targeted feedback during the next session. This allows us to directly address what's going well and what could be improved.

90-day schedule

We start with a thorough analysis together with your sales manager. In it, we determine the priorities for the next 90 days. For example, we look at conversion rates at different stages of your sales process:

  • How many cold calls lead to appointments?
  • How many appointments to offers?
  • And how many offers to deals?

Based on this, we will determine where to focus during the first quarter.

Practical sales tools and techniques

The training will cover various topics that will help you sell more effectively according to the TAYA method:

  • Creating 1-to-1 videos: both for prospecting and explaining offers
  • Establish effective sequences: a strategic mix of phone calls, emails, LinkedIn messages and other touch points
  • Assignment selling: the smart use of content in your sales process
  • Optimize email templates for better results
  • Improving sales conversations through role-playing and analysis of recorded conversations
  • CRM adoption and assurance: making sure your CRM system really works for you
  • StoryBrand-proof quotations that match your prospect's needs

You will learn how to use content to accelerate the sales process and close deals.

Working with content in sales

We pay specific attention to using content in your sales process. Many salespeople are reluctant to do this at first. "If I send prospects to the website, I lose control" or "One-on-one contact works better than sending content" are common objections. We show you how to use content precisely to speed up the sales process and close deals.

How is this training different from other sales training courses?

A coaching approach

Rather than a set program that everyone has to go through, our approach is more like personal coaching. We move with what you need at that moment. For example, if we see that many prospects are just not making a decision, we can zoom in specifically on that.

Hands-on learning

We don't believe in cramming theory. In each session you work with your own cases and challenges. In between sessions you will actively work with new techniques and tools. In the next session we discuss your experiences and give tips for further improvement.

Our sales trainer is more of a coach than a trainer: he moves with what you need.

Continuous evaluation and adjustment

Every quarter we evaluate progress with your sales manager. What is going well? Where are there still challenges? And what new priorities do we see? Based on this, we set new goals and adjust the program. In this way we ensure that the training continues to match what you and your colleagues need.

Here's how we get to work on your sales challenges together

The importance of the right mindset

The success of the training depends largely on your own commitment and mindset. We see in practice that salespeople who are willing to try new things and learn from feedback get the best results.

Practical solutions to real challenges

We always work with concrete examples from your practice. An example: one of our clients noticed that prospects often lingered for a long time on the decision to replace their ERP system. "It's still working fine, so why change?" In the training, we worked specifically on techniques to break through this type of situation. By sharing the right content at the right time and asking certain questions, we managed to get these prospects to move anyway.

Space for personal development

Every salesperson has their own style and approach. We provide you with the tools, but you decide how to use them. It's not about executing a set roadmap perfectly, but about developing an approach that suits you and your prospects.

This hands-on approach ensures that you continue to grow in your role not only during the training, but also afterwards. By continuously experimenting, asking for feedback and making adjustments, you will develop into an increasingly effective salesperson.

A TAYA sales training is not a theoretical course but a hands-on training that is tailored to your situation and challenges.

Hands-on training that really helps you move forward

A TAYA sales training is not a theoretical course that overloads you with models and roadmaps. It is a hands-on training that is fully tailored to your situation and challenges. By working in small groups, receiving regular feedback and putting what you learn to work immediately, you develop yourself step by step into a more effective salesperson.

We understand that it can be exciting to start a new training course, especially if your previous experience with sales training was not optimal. But precisely because of our practical, coaching approach, you will quickly see results in your daily work.

At Buzzlytics, we've helped many sales teams grow with TAYA. We see time and again that our approach works - not because we have a magic formula, but because we work with you to build an approach that's right for you.
