Frequently Asked Questions

The marketing and sales program is designed for organizations familiar with StoryBrand and/or TAYA. For example, you have read the books. Your work experience or the industry in which you operate is irrelevant. Our experience is that both beginners and seniors learn a lot from this program.
Office Hours are weekly meetings where you can step in with a specific question. You can think of it as a walk-in clinic. We are available at that time for all your questions.
In addition to Office Hours, there are several group calls each month. These are training programs around Content, Sales, Website and Technology. Depending on what you are involved with in your job, you can join one or more group calls. Under the heading This you will learn in the trainings you can see what is covered.
An agenda will be shared in advance with what the training will cover. Based on that, you can decide whether or not you want to attend. You can also review on-demand training sessions.
For each professional group that participates in this program (content managers, sales professionals, etc) we organize a live day every quarter for extra depth. In this way, we help you grow in your expertise and stay abreast of the latest developments in your field.
A quarterly planning session takes place (as the name implies) quarterly. In it, we cover things like your scorecard and how things are going, 3-5 sales and marketing priorities, where are we now vs. where do we want to go, and your 90-day plan and goals.
Bi-weekly accountability (only in the Mastery progrmma) increases the likelihood that you will achieve your goals. In fact, you are 70% more likely to do so than without accountability. By reflecting on your goals weekly with someone other than yourself, we ensure that you get to where you want to be sooner.
Examples of assets are articles you've written, videos you've recorded or lead generating PDFs you've created. In the Mastery program, you can share up to 5 assets per week with us and then you will receive feedback from us.
