Is HubSpot a requirement for TAYA Mastery customers?
When you start the They Ask, You Answer Mastery program from Buzzlytics, you'll need marketing automation software and a CRM to gain insight into your sales and marketing efforts. Certain features are essential for successful completion of the program.
We strongly recommend that you choose HubSpot to meet these needs. While you can think of situations where another solution could help you almost as well, we believe HubSpot is the best choice. We will train you to use the platform in a way that best suits your company's goals and needs.
Why is HubSpot the best choice?
At its core, They Ask, You Answer Mastery is about the ability to take ownership of your content marketing efforts. This means producing written content and video content that builds trust with prospects, generates traffic to your website and helps buyers make a purchase decision.
As with any form of marketing, it's impossible to know what works and what doesn't if you can't measure ROI. This is where HubSpot comes in.
HubSpot offers three crucial features:
HubSpot measures the ROI of your content. Website statistics, as well as form submissions, downloads and deals. With this information, you know which content is really making money.
HubSpot tracks a prospect's journey on your site. If you can see how someone lands on your site, what pages they view and what documentation they downloaded and when, you can better address their needs. This information also helps you map out how visitors navigate through your Web site.
Thanks to HubSpot, you know what a customer's sales touchpoints are. In many companies, multiple employees are involved in the sales process. That's why you need a central place where all employees can access call recordings and notes.

Do I need to have HubSpot set up before I start the program?
No. If you've already purchased HubSpot and are already familiar with the tool, you can complete certain training sessions more quickly, but this is not a requirement to get started. We'll train you to use HubSpot in the way that best suits your business - whether you're a beginner or a seasoned user.
If you want to start setting up HubSpot before you start TAYA Mastery, go ahead! But if you prefer to explore HubSpot with an experienced guide by your side, you can wait to do so with our certified HubSpot trainers.
In what cases might another tool also work?
The vast majority of clients currently participating in They Ask, You Answer Mastery use HubSpot. But it's not a requirement. There are situations where another option might work as well.
For example, if you already have a functioning system that works well for your needs and meets the three critical requirements listed above, your Buzzlytics coach will not ask you to give up that system in favor of HubSpot.
Still, your coach may advise (but not force) you to switch if certain HubSpot functionalities would be useful for your business. After all, it's not just about what HubSpot does - it's also about how easy it works. If your current system is complicated, erratic or confusing, HubSpot is probably the better option.
