What is IMPACT+ and why do I need it for TAYA Mastery?

Something that often leads to confusion among our customers is that IMPACT+ consists of two parts for which you therefore also need two different accounts.

The first section is what we call IMPACT+ tools or the IMPACT+ app. This section is free and includes a dashboard, scorecard and tasks to help you implement They Ask, You Answer. Everyone who needs access to these tools creates their own account and then you get a link from us that allows you to add yourself to your company's team.

The second part is what we call community or e-learning platform. Of these, there is both a free and a PRO (paid) version.

With the free version, you only have access to some introductory courses and webinars. You then miss much of the power of IMPACT+.

With PRO you have access to dozens of advanced courses, hundreds of recordings of keynotes and webinars, and Mastermind Groups where you can spar with others. For TAYA Mastery, you need IMPACT+ Pro.

IMPACT+ consists of two different sections for which you need two different accounts.

If you purchase IMPACT+ yourself, you pay $79 per user per month or $599 per user per year.

If you join TAYA Mastery, you can take advantage of our referral program and pay $59 per month or $524 per year for 1 user, up to $1,000 per month or $10,000 per year for 25 users.

Sometimes we are asked if it is not enough if only the content manager has a subscription to IMPACT+.

It is true that you can save quite a bit of money that way, but we still recommend that all team members working with TAYA have a subscription.

This is because the value of IMPACT+ is not only in the content for the content manager, but also in the courses for sales, marketing and leadership. By giving multiple team members access, they can all benefit from the specific courses and "learning paths" relevant to their role.

IMPACT+ is an essential complement to TAYA Mastery.

Although you can get a lot of information from the book They Ask, You Answer already, IMPACT+ offers a deeper and more interactive learning experience. Videos and e-learnings are more powerful than written text alone because they help you better understand nuances and context.

In addition, new content is constantly being added, so you can always stay up-to-date.

Another important part of IMPACT+ is the community. Here you can connect with others who have the same challenges and goals as you. To give a concrete example, let's say you want to hire a content manager. Then you can do that with the help of our playbook and our coaching, but you can additionally take a course on IMPACT+ that takes you step-by-step through that whole process. This will give you just a little more background than we can offer you in coaching.

We also often provide additional videos or chapters from the book after a training session so that you can further deepen your newly acquired knowledge on your own time.

Without IMPACT+, we would have to conduct many more trainings and therefore your investment would also be significantly higher.

IMPACT+ helps you achieve results faster and more effectively. Thus, it is an indispensable part of TAYA Mastery.
