TAYA Mastery vs. Group Mastery: which is the best option for your business?

Man participates in a video call on his laptop. On the screen, nine other participants are visible smiling and waving at the camera. The participants vary in age and background. The man is wearing a plaid blouse and has a phone next to his laptop.

Are you excited about They Ask, You Answer and would like to start TAYA Mastery, but is the investment too high for you?

Then I have good news for you.

In September, we will launch a group version of TAYA Mastery: TAYA Group Mastery. This is a more affordable version of our 1-on-1 track, so that smaller SMEs can also grow with They Ask, You Answer.

Important to know: we are only starting once this year and there is room for only five companies.

Now I can imagine that this raises a lot of questions. Because what exactly do you get with TAYA Group Mastery? What are the differences with TAYA Mastery? And when is Group Mastery for your company? In this article I elaborate on these questions. That way, you can make a well-considered choice for one of the two programs.

TAYA Group Mastery is starting only once this year and will accommodate five companies.

The differences between TAYA Mastery and TAYA Group Mastery

The biggest difference between TAYA Mastery and TAYA Group Mastery is in the personal attention.

At TAYA Mastery, we (obviously) spend more time on individual coaching and training. We can go deeper into your specific challenges and fully focus on your company's unique situation.

With group coaching, you are in a cohort with four other companies. This means you get a little less personal attention, but again you benefit from the dynamics and knowledge of the group. This often leads to unexpected and valuable insights among participants.

In TAYA Group Mastery, we offer the coaching, training and planning sessions as a group, but we do the kick-off 1-on-1. That way we can still adequately take into account the specific needs of your company.

Group coaching often leads to unexpected and valuable insights among participants.

What does TAYA Group Mastery look like?

TAYA Group Mastery lasts six months and consists of the following components:

  • A full-day kick-off at our office in Leusden with your company's CEO, marketing manager and sales manager
  • Two 90-day planning sessions at the beginning of each quarter (at our office or online) in a group setting
  • Bi-weekly group online coaching and accountability sessions
  • Bi-weekly online training (content and sales) in groups

The following topics are covered during the coaching and accountability sessions:

  • Data-driven steering (analytics, tracking, reporting)
  • Breaking stagnation and making decisions
  • Accountability to each other to achieve the 90-day priorities

Topics covered during the online courses include:

Content

  • Determine content topics
  • Content compass
  • Content writing
  • Big 5
  • Premium content creation

Sales

  • Sales Process
  • Collaboration between marketing and sales (revenue team)
  • Assignment selling
  • 1:1 video
  • 80% video

What does TAYA Group Mastery cost?

The investment for six months of TAYA Group Mastery is 19,750 euros ex. VAT. This amount must be paid in one time in advance. For this you not only get the coaching and training, but also immediate access to all the necessary playbooks. So you can get started right away.

For a six-month TAYA Mastery, your investment is 25,500 to 32,000 euros ex. VAT, so with the group variant you'll be a lot cheaper.

TAYA Mastery vs. TAYA Group Mastery: which is the best option for your business?

TAYA Group Mastery is ideal for you if you:

  • are a smaller SME (turnover between 500,000 and 3 million euros and 5-35 employees)
  • Are enthusiastic about They Ask You Answer, but are reluctant to invest in 1-on-1 coaching
  • Values learning from and with other companies
  • Are willing to work intensively for six months

TAYA Mastery is the better choice if you:

  • Be a larger company with more complex challenges
  • Need very specific, customized guidance
  • Have the financial room for a more intensive course

After six months of group coaching, you can decide whether you want to continue with TAYA Group Mastery, switch to TAYA Mastery, or continue independently.

Of course, you can also choose to implement They Ask, You Answer yourself, without a coach. In our experience, however, it takes much longer before you see results and the road to TAYA success is a lot bumpier. TAYA Group Mastery was developed precisely to offer companies for whom the investment in TAYA Mastery is too large an alternative to doing it themselves.

Need help making the right choice?

In this article, I have outlined the differences between TAYA Mastery and TAYA Group Mastery. TAYA Group Mastery is a good option for smaller SMEs who want to grow with They Ask, You Answer, but for whom the investment in TAYA Mastery is too high. In this group program, you will get the guidance and training you need to get a good start with TAYA, at a more affordable rate.

The choice between TAYA Mastery and TAYA Group Mastery depends on your budget and specific needs. Do you need highly personalized, customized coaching? Or do you actually see the added value of learning from other companies? Based on this, you can make an informed choice between either track.

At Buzzlytics, we help businesses grow with They Ask, You Answer. We know what it takes to make this approach a success.
